Lose the worker.
Keep the world.
A small box drops onto a floor. After a worker computes step 81, we kill it before that result commits. A new process restores tick 80—including contact caches—and reproduces the next step exactly.
Verifying recorded evidence…
The page reads a fixed, source-hashed trace. It does not run physics or kill a process.
- Commit first. Clients only see stored ticks.
- Fence the old worker. Its late result cannot advance the scene.
- Restore all state. Positions alone are not enough.
This proves a local subprocess + SQLite recovery path. CUDA execution, live-world ownership and native contact parity are still separate work.
